👥 About The Founders

Ben and Yining met two years ago at NASA building astronaut operation software. They are two roommates turned cofounders passionate about using AI to make a real impact in healthcare.

Ben has spent 1000+ hours in hospitals and nursing facilities seeing first hand how broken their operations are.

Yining built applied AI solutions at MD Anderson Cancer Center, experiencing its potential to revolutionize healthcare.

🚨The Problem

Nursing facilities are facing an existential crisis. With the aging population, demand is surging but they can't keep up. Medicare cuts coupled with inefficient operations mean that over 50% of facilities lose money and are struggling to keep their doors open, all while facing a massive impending staff shortage.

Facilities run blindly with zero operational intelligence. They’re scrambling to manage equipment lifecycles, discovering things are broken too late (leading to failed audits), and over-purchasing because they don’t know what they have. This operational chaos costs each facility over $100K and 1,000 hours of staff time per year, time that could be spent caring for patients.
