Hey everyone! Meet Ritanshu and Abhimanyu from Questom. They’re building AI sales and support agents for the custom merchandise industry.

👥 About The Founders

Ritanshu comes from a family business in custom merch operating for 75+ years, worked at Tesla and Google (Project Wing), and previously grew a bootstrapped SaaS product to $45K ARR.

Abhimanyu spent 7 years working on conversational intelligence at Apple, and holds a CS degree from IIT Kanpur and a graduate degree from Columbia.

They’re combining deep industry experience with applied ML expertise to solve a real operational problem.
